A course HRM may be a Road Less Travelled by Sales professional like me, but this eMDP from XLRI is an absolute delight. I am finding the content brilliant and apt for line managers like me. The course is standing on three pillars of HRD, HRM and Manpower development. I am learning valuable tools that would improve both my managerial effectiveness and my people management skills, and off course for immediate application in my current job. For professional aspiring for senior strategic role and not having any past academic exposure to HR , this is a must do.
